I worked with the National Health Service to support and coach local teams to improve Physical Health Checks for people with Severe Mental Illness.
I worked with The Ministry of Housing, Communities, and Local Government to research and prototype a Cyber Health Framework for Local Councils.
I worked with The National Leadership Centre to research, prototype, design, and build their first digital services for senior leaders in the public sector.
I worked with GDS to improve their Technical Documentation Template, used widely across government to document technical services like Verify, Pay, and PaaS.
I worked with the Cabinet Office to research, understand, and strategise on the Better Information for Better Government programme.
I worked with Hackney Council to research and prototype a new Directory of Community Services.
I worked with The Crown Prosecution Service to understand the context and goals of visitors to their website, including victims of crime, so they could redesign the site to better meet those goals.
I worked with The Judicial Appointment Commission to overhaul their recruitment process and work practices, support by a new application management platform.
I worked with Comic Relief, developing the sites for Red Nose Day and Sport Relief.
